1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using CueRank (cuerank.co.uk), our digital scorecards, bar TV overlays, and league management software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
2. User Accounts & Authorized Roles
Responsible for setting official division rules, scheduling fixtures, assigning match referee PINs, and managing annual league tiers.
Authorized to manage table assignments, configure TV scoreboards, and verify physical table availability.
Authorized to record live match frame scores using match security PINs and track personal tournament statistics.
3. Flat Annual Subscription Terms
CueRank operates on a transparent, flat annual subscription model (£99 for small leagues up to 10 teams, £199 for standard leagues up to 40 teams, and £299 for county leagues). Subscriptions include unlimited fixtures, divisions, Knockout Cups, and bar TV overlays.
- Billing Cycle: Annual subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months unless cancelled prior to renewal in your League Dashboard.
- No Per-Team Surcharges: CueRank does not charge hidden per-team or per-player fees.
- Tournament Entry Fees (Stripe Connect): Knockout Cup entry fees paid by players are processed directly to the league's verified bank account via Stripe Connect.
4. Fair Play & Scorecard Integrity
Users agree not to tamper with referee PIN verification, submit fraudulent frame scores, or use automated bots to manipulate player merit rankings. CueRank reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach competitive sporting integrity.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, algorithms, 4K digital scoreboard overlays, Lower-Third broadcast graphics, and user interface designs are the proprietary intellectual property of CueRank. Users retain ownership of their uploaded team rosters and sponsor branding assets.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
